Imagine a caterpillar, inching its way through life, confined to the ground, limited in its perspective. It faces many obstacles and often feels weighed down by its circumstances. Yet, within this humble creature lies the potential for something extraordinary. My story, much like the clients I help, is one of breaking free from limiting circumstances, and transforming into a more beautiful, free & empowered self.
As a One of Many coach my background is rich with diverse expertise plus professional training in wellbeing (nurse for 40 years), menopause (associate menopause trainer), grief (volunteer grief support worker), and complex communication (lecturer in clinical communication at University of Cambridge for 10 years). In addition to my professional career, I have navigated the challenges of post-divorce life myself, and cultivated a profound understanding of the complexities involved. My journey has endowed me with a unique blend of wisdom, deep compassion, and a calm, thoughtful love that fosters deep, meaningful connections with my clients.
